stupid stupid sensation running across my back, my arms......i'v gotten this a few times.....something's not right......something's off....something's going to happen.....i haven't eaten properly.......i'm feeling quite disturbed by this...it's affecting my concentration so i'm agonizing over my barely started major assignments......
