13thfallenangelam still reading through a thread on gaia online about whether your parents know that you are obssessed about yaoi or are gay or bi or a lesbian.....some bits are amusing....like when the girl's father came up behind when she was flipping through some yaoi pics on slideshow....O.o;;;
anyways, a few yeaars ago when i had just entered the realm of rabid yaoi fangirl, asiaweek published an article on yaoi mangas sold in thailand......my dad approached me while i was watching tv...
dad: hey girl, look. homosexual comic books sold in thailand.
me: *looks away from tv to see the pics of manga with the article* really? *struggles to keep her blank 'so what?' face*
dad: yeah! *reads out a snippet, his tone implying sort of not very approving*
me: *raises an eyebrow* i already know what!
dad:... *gives me an indescribable look, like several emotions attempting to take control*
me:...*inwardly screaming in panic*
dad:... *walks off to his bedroom*
me: *thinking 'thank inari-sama!!!!!!!'
the next day, i sneaked off with the copy of asiaweek to ogle the front covers of the manga....pity the words were in thai.....
heavens know how my parents will react if they found out that i'm bisexual....not when, if!!!! typical conservative asian parents!! i mean, my dad is rather open-minded, but hell if i know what his views on sexuality is!! and my mother?! *snorts indignantly* bloody bitch would start cooing after me like i'm retarded, yes retarded not an 8 year old anymore and probably send me off to the mental ward and a whole slew of local shamans.......pfft!!! as if they can influence me, i know their tricks....
